Saponification plants (cooling & drying)

We supply refurbished saponification plants, vacuum dryers and cooling systems (chill rolls) to produce semi-boiled soap starting from oils/fats or fatty acids and their sub-products.

We complete our refurbished saponification plant with brand new machines and electronic devices like flow meters, pumps, filters and  all the lacking parts.

With our plants it is possible to produce many different kind of soap, with variable TFM, moisture and fillers (talc, kaolin, sodium silicate, other). High quality soap noodles or cheap laundry soap bar are produced with our plants in a lot of countries.
