We supply brand new bleaching plant to remove the red color from palm oil used in soap manufacturing.
The bleaching plants are also suitable for different oil blends.
CHEMICAL BLEACHING PLANT:
This plant works with steam (to heat the Palm Oil) and Air Blower. With this cheap plant, it is possible to destroy a part of carotene included in palm oil and transform RED/BROWN Palm Oil in YELLOW/Light ORANGE Palm Oil for soap manufacturing.
PHISICAL BLEACHING PLANT:
This system works with "BLEACHING EARTHS" and an heated reactor works under-vacuum. Using this plant it is possible to transform RED/BROWN Palm Oil in Light YELLOW Palm Oil for soap manufacturing.
